WHAT'S NEW

Starting this August, we will feature a kit or project of the month chosen for the pattern’s popularity or to highlight a yarn that’s just too nice, with raves from everyone that sees it or touches it. The first kit we’re offering is the Saturday Style, Kathmandu Aran sweater, a perfect raglan Saturday sweater with pockets and great big buttons. You can email us to order the kit, or stop in and see the sample in store. Kathmandu is a tweed with merino, silk & cashmere, what a wonderful comfort for a chilly day. The kits start at $125; and we’re offering it in 10 fabulous colors of Kathmandu, real red, gorgeous greens and blues, shocking pink, toasty browns and harborside grey. Later in August we’ll be offering a Drop spindle class, learn spin fundamentals with a great teacher, Deirdre Piscitelli; we’ll have everything you need here at the store , it promises to be great fun! And back by popular demand, Intro to crochet with Barbara and a terrific open work scarf pattern. We have new fall yarns arriving, new basics, or new colors of basics, chunky and fine, alpaca lace weight, well, just lots and lots. This is going to be a great fall for yarn!
